Our office recommend your children to visit us for an orthodontic consultation around 7 years old, At this age, the incisors and the first permanent molars have usually erupted by this time, potential problems and growth issues can be identified. While an early examination does not always result in immediate treatment, it does allow our dentists to determine if early intervention orthodontics is necessary, and when would be the best time to begin treatment. Most orthodontic patients typically begin treatment between 9 to 14 years old.

Early Intervention-Phase 1 Treatment

The main goal of early intervention treatment is to guide the permanent teeth into their proper position and to ensure proper development of the jaw.
