Bridges

Replace and restore strength to your teeth

At Yam Dental, our highly qualified staff can assist you with any bridge or dental work you may need to increase stability within your mouth.

How do bridges work?

Bridgework is a great solution to replace missing teeth and can also restore dental stability to your mouth. Dental bridges are used to “bridge the gap” created by one or more missing teeth. Bridges can help you eat better and feel more confident when you smile.

How are bridges cemented?

A Bridge is made up of two porcelain crowns for the teeth on either side of the gap, and a false tooth (or teeth) in between. Bridges are cemented in, so they do not move in your mouth. Bridgework looks completely natural, and can restore aesthetics the same way a crown or veneer can improve the look of a broken down tooth.

What are bridges made of?

Dental bridges are made of porcelain. The dentists and dental team at Yam Dental can assist you to pick the colours or shades that best match your own teeth, so that no one can tell that you have replacement teeth in your mouth.

In addition to dental bridges, we also offer removable dentures and dental implants to replace missing tooth/teeth.

Please feel free to contact us at (905) 836-0836 to book a no charge consultation to discuss which teeth replacement option would best suit your dental needs.
